[users-en] OpenSlides 1.2-beta1 released

Hallo,

OpenSlides 1.2-beta1 is released:

This version is intended for trying out and testing the furthcoming major 
version 2.1.0. 

NEW: All Windows users can use the new portable version of OpenSlides! Just 
double click at openslides.exe to start OpenSlides. A complex installation is
no longer required.


Please help us with testing and reporting bugs! Use this list or tickets in 
trac [1] to give us your feedback. Many thanks!

See [2] for an overview of active tickets for v1.2.
The 1.2 release is scheduled for mid of May 2012.
